Hi readers, my name is Sarthak Mahajan and today I’ll introduce you’ll to the all-new Mahindra XUV700.

Description:

This isn’t a full review nor first impression because Mahindra didn’t reveal much about the car. Yet this blog is divided into 4 sections Overview, Engine Specifications, variants, and features, Pricing.

1) Overview:

      Mahindra prepared this car against Tata Safari, Hyundai Alcazar. The starting price is ₹11.99 Lacs. Also, Mahindra showcased this car in a hurry, the reason is pressure. Mahindra had a lot of pressure because everyone, everywhere on social media were posting spy shots and spotted testing shots. Someone captured a spy shot that had really bad quality and it got leaked. People said this car was looking better in camouflage. People Started judging the car by its cover rather than the feature it offers. So Mahindra couldn’t take chance, and here the car is finally revealed!

2) Engine Specifications:

So, the XUV700 is offered with turbocharged mHawk diesel and turbocharged mStallion Gasoline. The turbocharged mhawk Diesel engine produces 185ps of power and 420nm of torque in (manual transmission). In automatic, power is same as manual transmission but the torque produced is more it is 450 nm of torque. While in Gasoline the power produced is 200ps and 380nm of torque. This car does 0-60kph in just under 5 seconds.

3) Variants and Features:

Mahindra is offering 2 primary variants: MX and AX. MX doesn’t have any sub-variant. Whereas AX variant has 3 sub-variants: AX3, AX5, AX7. There are 4 common features on both the primary variants like, Diesel and gasoline engine, Manual and automatic transmission, 5-7 seater capacity and all-wheel drive as an option.

So the MX variant offers key features like:

1. 8inch infotainment system

2. 7inch instrument cluster

3. Android Auto

4. Smart door handles

5. LED Taillights

6. Steering mounted controls

7. Power adjustable ORVMs with turn indicators

8. Day and night IRVM

9. R17 Steel wheels

AX3 variant offers features like:

1. Dual HD 10.25 inch infotainment and 10.25inch Digital cluster

2. Amazon Alexa built-in

3. Wireless Android Auto and Apple Car play

4. AdrenoX Connect with 60+ connected car features.

5. 6 speakers and sound staging

6. Led DRL and Front Fog lamps

7. R17 Steel Wheels with covers

These all Features are add-ons to MX variant features, meaning all the features that are available in the MX variant are included in AX3 variants.

Now AX5 variant offers features like:

1. Sky roof

2. R17 Diamond cut alloy wheels

3. Curtain Airbags

4. Led clear-view Headlamps

5. Sequential turn indicators

6. Cornering Lamps

These all Features are add-ons to AX3 variant features.

AX7 variants offer features like:
